金万（虞金宝 饰）是一位腰缠万贯的商业大亨，日韩因为他的妻子小闵自幼身体虚弱无法和他进行夫妻生活，日韩所以将欲望发泄在了情妇的身上。然而，金万的两名情妇接二连三的被人杀害，杀死她们的是一位神秘的黑衣人。为了破获此案，女警周玲（林玉紫 饰）乔装打扮开始接近金万，哪知道小闵的弟弟国维真的误以为周玲是姐夫的新情妇。愤怒的国维想要好好的教训教训周玲，结果因此而被捕。就在金万打算赎出国维之际，他遭到了黑衣人的袭击，国维也因此洗清了杀人凶手的嫌疑。之后，国维的女友美惠也被黑衣人打伤，住进了医院。
