回复 :查向善（江美仪 饰）是一名全职母亲，看着两个可爱的女儿渐渐长大，对她们从生活到学习都严加管教，生怕一点疏忽造成不可挽回之错。无奈大女儿严茜瑜（江嘉敏 饰）并不明白母亲的一片苦心，压抑之中和母亲的关系十分紧张，父亲严夏（黄智贤 饰）又遭遇中年危机，最终夫妻两人感情破裂，虽然仍然住在同一屋檐下，却有名无实。那边厢，查向善和家教会的另一名母亲袁圆（吕慧仪 饰）之间亦保持着针锋相对的关系，互相视对方为眼中钉肉中刺，所幸得到训导主任文嘉熙（陈敏之 饰）从中调解，方才化干戈为玉帛。然而，查向善发现严茜瑜竟然和文嘉熙的弟弟文亮熙（何广沛 饰）情投意合，她暗中和文嘉熙联手，希望拆散这对鸳鸯。
